I really appreciate your response on my case. Nowadays I am trying to sit with an S shape and reduced my phone usage.It was quite tough for me, I tried the cricket ball massaging around four days and made me feel so comfort and reduction in pain. While doing the ball massage, I feel the pointed pain on some area and I concentrate over it and it helps alot.
It was really good and explained in a very simple way. Loved the breathing excercises, especially the walking meditation.
It has been a great experience for me. Your team has reminded me that what kind of life we need to lead. So thanks a lot for the great experience.

What we were looking for was a 2 hour action oriented fun workshop to educate and encourage our team to consider healthier lifestyles and make healthier choices.Tim delivered an excellent 2 hours session highlighting easy changes we can make in our day to day routines and even demonstrated some simple doable exercises for our team; he was available for questions afterwards as well. We would gladly recommend Tim for such initiative and workshops to you or anyone else.

One feedback – before staring the practical session if a video is played the he trainer does it, it will be more clear for the audience.
